HOW IT STARTED…
TEN41 Media was founded by Trent, who transitioned from a law enforcement career to creating marketing content. While working as a patrol officer in Texas and Colorado, Trent discovered his passion for videography, often enlisting his shift mates to help create short films during the occasional slow graveyard shifts. He later founded Flatiron Creative Group, a production company focused on narrative brand work. With a deep respect for law enforcement and an understanding of the recruiting challenges agencies face, Trent combined his expertise in both fields to create TEN41 Media, a production company serving law enforcement and first responder agencies nationwide.

TEN41 Media now has a national reach, with a core team of talented filmmakers and cinema professionals, including directors, cinematographers, lighting and grip specialists, photographers, and world-class editors.

Trent, our founder, leads all projects at TEN41 Media. His passion for creating media in the law enforcement space grew from his own experience as a patrol officer. By combining his insider perspective with creative expertise, he crafts high-impact video that resonates with both officers and the communities they serve.

Logan is an essential part of every production at TEN41 Media. As a skilled gaffer, he handles complex lighting setups and rigging with ease. Christian, a Denver native, is a skilled camera operator with extensive experience across all areas of media production. He has worked with renowned brands such as Redbull, Lululemon, Arc'teryx, and more. No filming scenario is too challenging for Christian, and he’s always pushing the limits of what’s possible with the camera.

A Fort Worth, Texas native, Jesse is our Director of Photography for larger, more complex productions. With extensive experience as a cinematographer, he excels in guiding a variety of cameras through unique compositions, crafting intricate sets, and shaping light to showcase talent in the most cinematic way possible.

DAVID | PHOTOGRAPHER
David, our go-to photographer, is known for his ability to capture powerful, narrative-driven images. Many of the photos on our website are his work, showcasing his talent for blending light and composition. In addition to working with TEN41 Media, David has worked with many prestigious clients in the tactical and automotive industries.
